Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and describes what you may not do with Bylio. It exists to keep the service safe and lawful for everyone who uses it.

You may not use Bylio to

  • create or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
  • create deceptive content, impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent who an expert is or what they said;
  • interview a person, or use their name or likeness, without the consent you are responsible for obtaining;
  • handle personal or confidential data you do not have the right to share;
  • generate content that promotes illegal activity or that is otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

You may not misuse the service

  • attempt to access, interfere with, or read another organization's data;
  • probe, scan, or test the security of the service without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service except as the law expressly allows;
  • use the invitation or email features to send spam or unsolicited messages;
  • place an unreasonable load on the service or attempt to disrupt it.

Enforcement

If you breach this policy, we may remove content, and suspend or terminate access, as described in the Terms of Service. If you see misuse, tell us at hello@bylio.io.
