Data Policy
Last updated July 2026
This page is a plain-language summary of how your organization's content is owned, separated, and handled in Bylio. For the full detail, see our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Agreement.
You own your content
The transcripts and drafts created under your organization belong to your organization. An expert contributes an interview but holds no rights over the resulting content.
Isolation between organizations
Bylio is multi-tenant by design. Your interviews, drafts, and approvals are isolated to your organization and are never visible to another customer.
A human gate
Nothing publishes on its own. A person in your organization reviews and approves every piece, and the named expert can be required to sign off on their own byline.
AI disclosure
Whether to disclose that a piece was AI-assisted is your decision. The human review and approval step is the control the workflow is built around.
